To maximize the employee group benefits experience, we focus on ensuring companies can offer a strategic and sustainable plan with the highest service level in market.

We understand that employee group benefit plans make up a fraction of a company’s ‘total rewards’ offering, so we work closely with People Operations and Management teams to ensure the benefit plan offering is aligned with the company employee recruitment & retention strategy and overall financial budget.

Our annual renewal process has been crafted to make the process simple, easy to understand and time efficient. We conduct this meeting with a 1-page document that helps remove clutter and noise from the process.

We work with companies considering expanding their international footprint into the Canadian market as well as Canadian companies hiring or managing USA and other global market group insurance plans. With network partnerships in the USA and Europe, the Singer Steinberg team remains the point of contact to ensure uniformity and equity across all markets. Adam Singer

CPA (CA), CFE, started his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he obtained his Chartered Accountancy in 2006. Adam spent much of his career as a consultant in both Canada and the United States where he obtained his Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) License as well as his qualification as a Licensed Life Professional (LLQP). 

Over the past 10 years Adam has focused his career as an Insurance Specialist. Adam has negotiated many Group Benefits and RRSP plans for businesses of all sizes. He acts as the global advisor for companies expanding outside of Canada for his clients and has successfully managed multiple client cost optimization projects to help expand employee offerings for his clients while mitigating risk and cost to the businesses.

With over 15 years as a business professional acting as a partner to both individuals and businesses, Adam has developed a broad network across the Insurance industry. Adam has saved individuals and companies significant dollars by planning and negotiating the best coverage for his clients and uses his years of professional experience and relationships to maximize his value to all his clients.

Elan Steinberg

CPA (CA) started his professional career at KPMG where he obtained his Chartered Accountancy in 2007. Elan has worked in both public and private practice where he has been perennially responsible for providing clients and private companies of all shapes and sizes with sound financial strategy to help ensure their business needs were met.

Elan works with all Singer Steinberg clients to support their growth in and outside the scope of their Group Benefits and RRSP plans. Prior to founding Singer Steinberg, Elan was the Head of Finance and Human Resources for private Canadian companies, which has given him the ability to help clients with a wide range of additional services ranging from payroll processes, policy reviews and employee related processes.

With Elan’s high business acumen and ability to ensure client needs are at the forefront of every financial decision, he has quickly developed a sound track record representing clients at all stages of business.
